Guidelines for Rep Evaluations:
- Make sure your players Hockey Canada profile is up to date. Ensure you have a correct address on your players profile, verified with a valid drivers license (this can be uploaded in the "documents" section of your players profile).
- Players MUST register for Ajax Pickering Raiders Rep Evaluations through the HCR system, this is extremely important. Players are not eligible to step on the ice for Ajax Pickering Raiders Evaluations without a completed Rep Evaluation Registration.
- Completed registration for APMHA Rep Evaluations is mandatory and cannot be construed as promise or obligation that any player will be considered/provided an Offer of Commitment to a particular team.
- All players offered a spot, on an Ajax Pickering Raiders team, must immediately attend the APMHA Head Office and register for the season - registration fee not required as part of the registration. Further instructions will be provided at the Head Office, by the APMHA, to players who have been offered a spot. If players do not attend the office prior to leaving the building, the offer of commitment may be revoked by the coach.
IMPORTANT: Please read important Rep Evaluation information listed below
FAQs
The APMHA uses a Personal Tryout Number (PTN) during Rep Evaluations.
- After the Rep Evaluation has completed, the website will be updated. Players will be able to go onto the team tryout page (ex. U15 A - Tryout List), at ajaxpickeringminorhockey.com and a list of PTN's will appear.
- If the players PTN is on the list, the player has been invited back to the next Rep Evaluation. If the player has been unsuccessful at a Rep Evaluation, the PTN will not be shown. This PTN stays with your player until the end of Rep Evaluations.
- NOTE: Players that attend AAA Rep Evaluations who are unsuccessful and wish to attend AA/A/B-BB Rep Evaluations, must register for the AA/A/BB-B Rep Evaluations. The players PTN will remain the same.
- Each players PTN is the last 7-Digits of their HCR number. You can find this number on your invoice/receipt when Rep Evaluation registration is complete.
HOW TO LOCATE MY PTN
If you are unsure how to locate your PTN - please use the example below.
All completed Rep Evaluation registrations will result in an invoice and receipt being sent to the primary email on the Hockey Canada Registry; the players name and HCR number will be visible on the invoice.
