APR REP EVALUATIONS, 2026-2027 Registration (Ajax Pickering Minor Hockey)

• Players wishing to attend AP Raiders AAA Rep Evaluations must register using the specific AAA Rep Evaluation link. AAA Rep Evaluation fees are for AAA Rep Evaluations ONLY. 

• If a player is unsuccessful at the AP Raiders AAA Rep Evaluations and wishes to attend the AP Raiders AA/A/BB/B/MD Evaluations, they must complete a second registration and pay the fees for the AA/A/BB/B/MD Rep Evaluations.

• Once a player is released by the coach at a particular level, players may not return to that level for additional evaluations.

• Players who wish to attend AP Raiders AA/A/BB/B/MD Rep Evaluations must register using the specific AA/A/BB/B/MD Rep Evaluation link.
  
• The AA/A/BB/B/MD Rep Evaluation registration and fee allows players to attend AP Raiders Rep Evaluations until they are selected or released at a particular level.
  (ex. If a player skates at a AA Rep Evaluation and is unsuccessful, they are able to skate at the A Rep Evaluation without having to register again or pay additional costs for those evaluations. Players will be automatically added to the tryout list for the next level).
  
• Once a player is released by the coach at a particular level, players may not return to that level for additional evaluations.

• Rep Evaluation fees must be purchased online during the registration process.
• Rep Evaluation fees are non-refundable - no exceptions regardless of circumstance, and we will not respond to any refund requests.

• The AP Raiders use a "Personal Tryout Number" (PTN) for the Rep Evaluation Process.
  
  
• After the Rep Evaluation has completed, the website will be updated. Players will be able to go onto the team tryout page (ex. U15 A - Tryout List), at ajaxpickeringminorhockey.com and a list of PTN's will appear. 
  
  
• If the players PTN is on the list, the player has been invited back to the next Rep Evaluation. If the player has been unsuccessful at a Rep Evaluation, the PTN will not be shown. This PTN stays with your player until the end of Rep Evaluations.
  
  
• NOTE: Players that attend AAA Rep Evaluations who are unsuccessful and wish to attend AA/A/BB/B Rep Evaluations, must register for the AA/A/BB/B Rep Evaluations. Players registered for AAA Evaluations ONLY will not be placed on list for AA & below Evaluations. The players PTN will remain the same. 
  
  
• Each players PTN is the last 7-Digits of their HCR number. You can find this number on your invoice/receipt when Rep Evaluation registration is completed.

All completed Rep Evaluation registrations will result in an invoice and receipt being sent to the primary email on the Hockey Canada Registry; the players name and HCR number will be visible on the invoice.
